All information collected about you or your business is kept confidential. The PcGirl LLC uses return email addresses to respond to emails received. Email addresses are not used for any other purpose or shared with outside parties. EVER!


Referrals

Client Referrals to The PcGirl are greatly appreciated and gratefully accepted. When a new client referral results in any signed agreement, contract or retainer, you will receive a discount off your next invoice. If you refer someone, please be sure to have them let me know who referred them.


Terms & Conditions:

  • Project Packages are used for any of my services, excluding Disaster Recovery, Computer Support, Website services.
  • Contracts are paid half up front to begin work. Once the work order is completed, an email will be sent for the remainder of payment and work will be returned to you. A timesheet will be provided outlining the hours used.
  • Retainer fees are paid at the beginning of each month, unused time will not roll over to the next month on 'small hour' retainers. Retainers with higher hours have a 1 month roll over. Retainers that do not use any time are given a percentage off for the next retainer.
  • The PcGirl features a 1-minute billing minimum. This means if we only spend 3 minutes on a task, only 3 minutes are deducted from your account. Most other firms have a 15- or 30-minute minimum, so our billing style saves you money.
  • To start a Remote Support Session, payment for the first 1/2 hour of $38.50 is paid in full. Time spent after the first half hour is billed and requested to be paid upon receipt. After 3 business days a late fee of $25.00 will be added to the total bill. If the problem is resolved within the half hour, the remaining time is saved for 2 weeks or you can ask The PcGirl to look at other issues until the time is depleted.
  • If applicable, work can be done outside normal business hours.
  • A 'Request to Continue' will be sent to you when you are within 30 minutes of your package time being used up. After one business day of a non-response to a 'Request to Continue', the remaining 30 minutes will be used and the work order will be returned to you. Any additional hours required will need your approval. Once payment is received, the work order will continue.
  • Scheduled days, hours and deadlines ( if applicable) will be determined at signup.
  • ****For Computer Support**** Older Computers with unsupported Operating Systems**** There are some circumstances where The PcGirl will not to be able to fix some computers due to the nature of the computer, for example, older hardware and operating systems, outdated software, conflicting software, malware, virus or damage from a virus, client actions etc. The PcGirl will attempt to get the problem resolved, but makes no guarantees.
